Job Summary
Account Lead - Mining at Arcadis seeks an experienced professional to lead multiple mining accounts, drive business development, manage client relationships, coordinate with other Arcadis lines, develop tailored solutions, prepare winning proposals, deliver client presentations, negotiate with clients and partners, oversee design/construction administration, develop scope and cost proposals, mentor junior staff, and travel to project sites and meetings as required. The role emphasizes client relationship skills, technical communication, strategic thinking, and achievement of growth in net bookings and net revenue in the Mining portfolio. Bonus consideration for bilingual English and French candidates.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the Mining sector
- Bachelor of Science or Engineering Degree in (Environment, Chemical, Hydrology, Hydrogeology, Process, Mechanical, Geotechnical or Civil)
- P.Eng or P.Geo license in good standing
- Preference will be given to candidates with 7+ years of relevant business development and account management experience and are bilingual (English and French).
