Job Summary

Account Head - Acquisitions is an Individual Contributor role that sells Infobip products to new customers and generates net new business in the West India region. The role focuses on hunting for new customers and geography, building a robust pipeline, qualifying leads, and closing sales. Responsibilities include developing solution proposals, managing forecasting and account strategy, negotiating pricing and contracts, maintaining client relationships, collaborating with BDRs/AMs/SEs for complex deals, and cross-selling with existing accounts when applicable. Required experience includes solution/SaaS sales, a proven track record of sales success, ability to engage with C-level stakeholders, and strong communication and negotiation abilities. The role supports flexible hybrid work arrangements (combining in-person collaboration with remote work) and offers career mobility and ESOP as part of Infobip’s benefits.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Applicable experience including solution sales (SaaS sales experience preferred)
  • Successful sales track record with commission earnings
  • Ability to penetrate accounts and engage stakeholders including C-level
  • Infobip knowledge or knowledge of competitors
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills and negotiation/closing skills
