Deliver high-quality client service by advising on arrangements, handling queries efficiently, and keeping clients updated on relevant political, regulatory, and market changes. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, insurers, and external specialists to maximize business opportunities while collaborating with colleagues to identify growth opportunities and manage risks.
