Job Summary

Account Handler role within Howden's Commercial Schemes division. Responsible for prioritising and handling all work promptly and accurately, processing queries (written or telephone) professionally, producing accurate and professional documentation, coordinating adjustments with insurers, issuing renewal documentation, and managing client payments in line with procedures. Will refer queries outside personal experience to senior staff, participate in meetings, support re-marketing exercises, and contribute to delivering outstanding customer service to landlords. Requires a minimum of 12 months' customer service and administrative experience and GCSE qualifications. Role can be based in Cheltenham or Colchester with hybrid working options and offers opportunities to develop within the insurance industry.

Required Qualifications

  • GCSE A*-C including Maths and English
