Account Handler - Commercial & Schemes

Monitor renewals and new business activity to aid effective planning and resourcing. Review client documentation to ensure comprehensive information is presented for quoting, then collate and communicate requirements to ensure appropriate risk marketing. Liaise with clients to resolve queries and respond to market and third-party inquiries, while producing high-quality market documentation and securing authorisations. Process data promptly on relevant systems and maintain accurate client records. Conduct due diligence and sanctions checks in line with company procedures. Manage assigned projects and contribute to other initiatives as required. Participate in team meetings to report on business progress.
