Job Summary
Support a designated client portfolio by acting as the first point of contact, building strong relationships, and resolving queries as they arise. Provide proactive customer service and sales support through both phone and face-to-face interactions, demonstrating honesty and integrity in handling client matters. The role requires essential insurance industry experience and the ability to bring your best self daily. You will work Monday to Friday with a hybrid schedule, earning a basic salary plus a generous bonus structure. Opportunities exist to gain CII or ACII qualifications and progress across the group.
