Job Summary
Acquire and maintain knowledge of Property Owners, Liabilities, Loss of Rent, Engineering, Contract All Risks, Tradesman, Terrorism, Household, Offices, Shop Packages insurance products. Dealing with individual small business clients as well as medium sized portfolios, with an overall book of premiums under £3,000,000. Manage renewals (400-600) and develop/sustain effective working relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Requires experience in the UK insurance market, a good understanding of regulation and compliance, and experience in Property Insurance, with strong client service and administrative capabilities to adhere to processes and maintain accuracy.
