Account Growth Manager

Job Summary
Growth-focused client-facing role to maximize value for real estate agency clients using Bayut contracts. Responsibilities include monitoring assigned client portfolios to identify early signs of under-utilisation, declining engagement, and renewal risks; coordinating with Account Managers to develop and execute at-risk client action plans; improving credit utilisation and product adoption of Bayut visibility products (Signature and Hot); identifying content gaps and coordinating follow-ups to improve listing coverage; translating usage and performance data into clear client recommendations and value narratives for renewal and upgrade discussions; supporting renewal readiness, client ROI, and long-term platform adoption; maintaining visibility on risks, blockers, and follow-ups; building strong relationships with Account Managers, Sector Heads, and the Head of Growth; and following Growth team SOPs for client reviews and CRM tracking.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
- 3+ years of experience in business development, consulting, analytics or strategy
- Experience developing strategies to increase utilisation, engagement and satisfaction
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to develop and implement data-driven account plans focusing on revenue growth and retention
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Understanding of customer success best practices, including proactive issue resolution, retention tactics and churn prevention
- Invested in client success with a client-focused approach
