Job Summary
Account General Manager, North America Global Tier 1 Sales responsible for developing strategic partnerships with top-tier global clients, serving as a trusted advisor, and aligning solutions with business goals. Owns account plans for strategic commercial accounts, coordinates contract negotiations, drives revenue growth through multi-unit expansion, and leads pipeline management and quarterly/annual quotas. Builds executive-level relationships, develops territory sales strategies, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions. Focuses on larger deals, portfolio management, and expanding market share while monitoring performance metrics and conducting regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in account management, tele sales, product specialty (computers, printers, servers, storage), or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
