Account Field Coordinator

In-Field Coordinator leads on-site setup and tear-down of experiential event activations, works alongside a team of brand ambassadors to ensure smooth execution from setup through tear-down, troubleshoots in real time, manages event materials and inventory across locations, upholds brand standards, and reports performance. Must be high-energy, organized, a strong team player with excellent time-management, comfortable with physical work (lifting, standing, setup/tear-down), and able to travel across the province with flexibility for evenings and weekends. Valid driver’s license is preferred. Role is CONTRACT through December with activity at events in Vancouver and across British Columbia; prior experience in experiential marketing or events is advantageous.
