Job Summary
In-Field Coordinator will be on the ground at experiential events across Alberta, leading on-site setup and tear-down, coordinating a team of brand ambassadors, serving as the in-field point of contact, troubleshooting issues in real time, managing event materials and inventory, ensuring brand standards and execution quality, and reporting event performance to the broader team. Requires high energy, strong organizational skills, ability to work evenings/weekends, and travel across the province. Role is contract through December with potential for travel and evenings/weekend shifts; Calgary, Alberta location.
Required Qualifications

- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong team player who builds rapport quickly and works well alongside others
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail under pressure
- Comfort with physical work (lifting, standing, setup/tear-down) for sustained periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel across the province as events require
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (asset)
- Previous experience in experiential marketing, events, or field activation (asset)
