Job Summary
Account Fellowship at HHN is an entry-level program providing foundational understanding of health and wellness advertising, the company, and the Account Services department. Fellows gain hands-on experience in client service, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration, with mentorship and access to courses. Responsibilities include assisting the Account Lead, collaborating with the Project Manager to create project briefs, supporting kick-offs and client status meetings, generating notes/reports, handling client and internal inquiries, keeping stakeholders informed on project status, facilitating medical/legal/regulatory reviews, monitoring spending and invoices, reviewing monthly invoices, and contributing to brand organization through file and status-management tasks. Ideal candidates have a BA/BS in relevant fields, 0–1 year of experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Administration, or equivalent
- 0–1 year of relevant business experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective public speaking capabilities
- Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm for building relationships, and an optimistic attitude
