Job Summary
Account Expansion Specialist to grow revenue within existing customer accounts (Perry & Atlanta locations) by proactively uncovering upsell opportunities, reviewing accounts and compliance needs, educating customers on services, generating qualified opportunities, and coordinating with Sales/Operations. Occasional on-site visits to customer locations and CRM/sales-tracking duties. Ideal candidates have sales/account management or customer-facing experience, strong relationship-building skills, ability to identify and close expansion opportunities, and are comfortable balancing independent work with team collaboration. The role emphasizes expanding account scope, proposing solutions, and maintaining accurate records while supporting a high-performing sales team.
