Job Summary
Outside sales-focused Account Executive driving growth in dermatology and plastic-surgery physician accounts. Responsibilities include identifying and opening new physician-owned accounts across multiple specialties, forecasting sales, coordinating in-practice marketing programs and events, optimizing product placement and displays, delivering ongoing product education to physicians and staff, and maintaining a strong field presence through regular visits and follow-ups. The role requires building trusted relationships with accounts, representing ZO Skin Health brand standards, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and attending trade shows and in-practice events. Work is primarily remote with frequent travel to physician offices within the assigned territory; the week typically includes a mix of virtual meetings, home-office tasks, and on-site customer visits. The position involves evenings or weekends as needed for business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of outside sales experience
- strong skincare, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics experience
- established and extensive network with ability to generate new accounts
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Retail sales experience preferred
