Account Executive

Job Summary
Account Executive responsible for driving sales growth and developing physician accounts in dermatology and plastic surgery across the territory. Key duties include achieving sales goals, identifying and opening new physician-owned accounts, forecasting using the company system, planning and executing in-practice marketing programs and events, optimizing product displays and visibility, delivering ongoing product education to physicians and staff, maintaining a strong field presence with regular account visits, and upholding brand standards. The role requires 5+ years of outside skincare/pharmaceutical/cosmetics sales, an established network for generating new accounts, MS Office proficiency, and willingness to travel within the territory. The position is primarily remote with frequent in-person meetings at physician offices and accounts, including trade shows and events; flexibility for occasional evenings or weekend events is expected.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years outside sales experience with strong skincare, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics experience
- Must have an established and extensive network with ability to generate new accounts
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Retail sales experience preferred
