Job Summary
Account Executive to build and maintain client relationships, manage accounts, identify opportunities, prepare presentations and reports for clients, coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met, monitor account performance and client satisfaction, and follow up on leads and inquiries. Requires experience in account management, sales or customer service; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities; problem-solving and negotiation abilities; strong organizational and time management skills; proficiency with spreadsheets and CRM systems.
