Job Summary
Develop and execute sales strategies targeting youth sports organizations, leagues, schools, and families to drive revenue through group ticket sales and partnerships. Build relationships with coaches, administrators, and community leaders while coordinating group ticket efforts for camps and events. Manage the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and lead contract negotiations. Plan outreach events and presentations to generate new business, representing the Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx professionally at tournaments and networking opportunities. Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and support cross-departmental collaboration. Requires 2+ years of sales experience, proficiency with CRM software, and a passion for youth sports. Full-time role with 11 holidays and 20 paid PTO days.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales or business development experience
- Experience managing sales pipelines, tracking metrics, and reporting results
- Highly organized with strong project management and time management abilities
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to travel to external events
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

- Strong relationship-building and networking skills within youth sports or related communities

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with youth sports organizations and community networks
