Job Summary
Manage a dedicated pipeline of Y Combinator founders by embedding within the YC community to attend events, Demo Days, and meetups. Build a personal brand presence as the go-to resource for startup banking, then network directly with founders and co-founders to generate pipeline ahead of formal sales motions. Engage with businesses at all points of the sales cycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations, onboarding, and closing net new business. Develop strategic plans to close more companies and generate revenue while focusing on self-development through daily training. Work closely with the Partnerships team to shape strategy for each new batch. Based in San Francisco with a hybrid schedule of three coordinated office days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a B2B SaaS closing or partnerships role
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota, President's Club, or top 10% of your team
- Comfortable running discovery and closing conversations with C-suite decision makers
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
