Job Summary
Account Executive on the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team offering payment processing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income; responsibilities include door-to-door or local business visits to educate owners on saving money and streamlining transactions, closing deals, and earning activation bonuses plus long-term residuals. Requires 2+ years of B2B outside sales, independent work style with team collaboration, and the ability to self-source leads. Remote work is available; valid work authorization is required. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-sourcing leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with hunter mentality
