Job Summary
Account Executive on Xplor Pay Direct Sales team with a 100% commission-based structure. Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educate owners on saving money and streamlining transactions, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals. Work independently with full support and training; remote work available within your team region. Requirements include 2+ years of B2B outside sales, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking; strong communication, resilience, and goal orientation. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-ccalling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
