Job Summary
Account Executive on the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role involves going door-to-door or visiting local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educating owners on how to save money, closing deals, and earning activation bonuses plus long-term residuals. The position supports independent work with training and mentorship, requires 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to self-source leads through prospecting and networking. Remote work is available, with location flexibility to align with the team region.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
