Job Summary
Account Executive for Xplor Pay Direct Sales, responsible for driving new business by going door-to-door and visiting local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educating owners on cost savings, and closing deals to earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals. The role emphasizes independent work with training and support, outside B2B sales experience, prospecting and networking to generate leads, and a commission-based compensation structure. Remote work is available, with the possibility to operate in the field of the regional team; strong communication, hunter mentality, and ability to work both independently and with a team are required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Self-sourcing leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality
- Able to work remotely within team region
- Ability to align with company values
