Job Summary
Account Executive on Xplor Pay Direct Sales team responsible for door-to-door or in-person visits to local businesses to offer payment processing solutions; educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions; close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals; work independently with full support and training; remote work available with eligible working rights; requires B2B outside sales experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to self-source leads with a hunter mentality.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
