Job Summary
Account Executive with Xplor Pay Direct Sales seeks go-getters to educate local business owners on payment processing solutions, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals. Role involves door-to-door or in-person visits, independent work with full training, and a commission-based compensation model. Candidates should be natural communicators, comfortable with face-to-face selling, resilient, self-motivated, and experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar). The position offers uncapped commissions, remote work option, flexible schedule, ongoing sales training, and benefits including health, 401K, and periodic incentive trips. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
