Job Summary
Account Executive for Xplor Pay Direct Sales, operating on a 100% commission-based model with residual income, selling payment processing solutions door-to-door or via local business visits. Responsibilities include educating business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions, closing deals, earning activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals, and working independently with full support and training. The role emphasizes face-to-face selling, prospecting, lead generation, and networking to source opportunities, with a flexible schedule and remote-work eligibility. Required are 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred), a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, ability to work independently and in a team, and the capability to self-source leads.
