Job Summary
Account Executive for Xplor Pay Direct Sales in a 100% commission-based, uncapped earnings environment. Responsibilities include going door-to-door or visiting local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educating owners on savings, closing deals, and earning activation bonuses plus long-term residuals. Work independently with training and support, with a flexible schedule. Requirements include 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience, a valid driver's license and auto insurance, and the ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking. Remote work is available in this role, with authorized work rights and field-region requirements enforced.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
