Job Summary
Account Executive for Xplor Pay Direct Sales in a 100% commission-based, remote-capable role. Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educate owners on cost savings, and close deals to earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals. Work independently with training and support, with uncapped earning potential (top reps $100K+). Requires 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience and familiarity with merchant services/payments; must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work remotely from your team region. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience
- Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
