Job Summary
Account Executive for Xplor Pay Direct Sales: drive door-to-door or local business visits to offer payment processing solutions, educate owners on saving money and streamlining transactions, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus long-term residuals. Ideal candidates have 2+ years B2B outside sales, be self-motivated, capable of independent work with available training, and able to work remotely in the field with their team region. Role emphasizes uncapped commissions, flexible schedule, and opportunities for growth within a global payments platform, with remote-friendly placement and a fully remote work option in the US.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
