Job Summary
Account Executive for Xplor Pay Direct Sales in a 100% commission-based role. You will go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educate owners on savings, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals. The role supports independent work with full training and mentorship, and requires experience in door-to-door, merchant services, or similar outside B2B sales, plus the ability to self-source leads, prospect, cold-call, and network. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required, with the ability to work fully remote from your team region. The position emphasizes flexible, commission-based income, performance-based incentives, and working in a dynamic, evolving payments ecosystem, aligned with Xplor’s core values.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
