Job Summary
Account Executive needed for Xplor Pay Direct Sales to drive door-to-door and local business consultations, educate owners on payment processing savings, close deals, and build a portfolio for ongoing residuals. Requires proven B2B outside sales experience, ability to work independently (and with a team), hunter/lead-generation skills, and a willingness to work in a fully remote role with field activity. Compensation is 100% commission-based with activation bonuses, residuals, and benefits (health, 401K) per the posting. Must be legally authorized to work; visa sponsorship not provided.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
