Job Summary

Account Executive for Xplor Pay Direct Sales – remote-friendly role with door-to-door and local business visits to offer payment processing solutions. Responsible for educating business owners on savings and streamlined transactions, closing deals, and earning activation bonuses plus long-term residuals in a 100% commission-based model. Independent work with training support, uncapped commissions, and potential top-tier earnings. Prefer candidates with 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (merchant services/related fields), a valid driver’s license, ability to self-source leads, and strong communication and closing skills. Location is remote-enabled with field responsibilities in the team region; Bentonville, AR is a coworking/attachment location per posting, with US-wide applicability for eligible working rights.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
  • Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
