Job Summary

Account Executive – direct sales role focused on door-to-door or in-person visits to local businesses to offer payment processing solutions within Xplor Pay Direct Sales. Responsibilities include educating business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions, closing deals to earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals, and working independently with full support and training. Must be a natural communicator and closer, comfortable with face-to-face selling, resilient, self-motivated, and experienced in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred). Location: fully remote eligible with rights to work in the country; no visa sponsorship mentioned. Compensation is commission-based with uncapped earning potential and residuals; benefits include health benefits and 401K. Minimum qualifications emphasize B2B outside sales experience, a valid driver’s license, independent work capability, and ability to self-source leads.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
