Job Summary
Account Executive role with Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions; educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions; close deals with activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals. Work independently with training and support in a fully remote position in the US. Must have 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking. Ideal candidates are natural communicators, comfortable with face-to-face selling, resilient, self-motivated, and aligned with Xplor’s core values. Compensation is commission-based with uncapped earnings, activation bonuses, residuals, and benefits like health, 401K, and potential travel incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
