Job Summary
Account Executive on the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team responsible for going door-to-door or visiting local businesses to propose payment processing solutions, educate owners on savings and streamlined transactions, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and long-term residuals. The role emphasizes independent work with training support, uncapped commissions with potential for six-figure annual earnings, a flexible remote setup within the team region, and experience in B2B outside sales, prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
