Job Summary
Account Executive for Xplor Pay Direct Sales: 100% commission-based role with activation bonuses, residuals, and uncapped commissions. Responsibilities include door-to-door or on-site visits to educate business owners on payment processing solutions, close deals, and work independently with training and support. Requirements include 2+ years B2B outside sales, merchant services/payment processing experience preferred, strong consultative selling, valid driver’s license, ability to self-source leads, and a hunter mentality. Role is fully remote with eligibility to work rights and regional field requirements. Benefits noted include health benefits and 401K (via W2).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred)
- Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
