Job Summary
Account Executive for Xplor Pay Direct Sales with 100% commission-based compensation. Responsibilities include going door-to-door or visiting local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educating business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions, closing deals to earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals, and working independently with full training and support. Must be a natural communicator and closer, comfortable with face-to-face selling, resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with experience in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred). Minimum 2 years B2B outside sales experience, valid driver’s license/auto insurance, ability to self-source leads, and ability to work remotely in the designated team region. Fully remote work option available; flexible schedule and annual incentives/benefits included. Required Qualifications
