Job Summary
Account Executive for Xplor Pay Direct Sales focusing on payment solutions for small and mid-sized businesses. Responsibilities include going door-to-door or visiting local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educating owners on savings, closing deals, and earning activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals. The role supports autonomy with full training and tools provided, and favors candidates who are natural communicators, comfortable with face-to-face selling, resilient, self-motivated, and experienced in B2B outside sales (preferred). Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance

- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
