Job Summary
Account Executive for Xplor Pay Direct Sales driving payment processing solutions to local businesses; role involves door-to-door or in-person visits, educating business owners on cost savings and streamlined transactions, closing deals with activation bonuses and ongoing commissions, and maintaining long-term residual income. Requires 2+ years B2B outside sales experience, self-motivation, independent work ethic, and ability to source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking. Fully remote work eligibility in the US with field requirements in the team region; compensation is commission-based with W2 benefits and opportunities for incentives, training, and portfolio ownership.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
