Job Summary
Account Executive for Xplor Pay Direct Sales: a 100% commission-based direct sales role targeting local business owners with payment processing solutions. Responsibilities include door-to-door or on-site visits to educate owners on cost savings, close deals, and generate active accounts with activation bonuses and long-term residuals. Independent work with training support, uncapped commissions, monthly residuals, and a flexible schedule. Requires 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience, a valid driver’s license, ability to self-source leads, and alignment with company values. Remote work is available fully remote with eligibility to work rights; location options include San Jose, CA, US, or remote US-wide. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
