Job Summary
Account Executive for Xplor Pay Direct Sales responsible for going door-to-door or visiting local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educating owners on how to save money and streamline transactions, and closing deals to earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals. The role supports independent work with full training, targets high activity in B2B outside sales, and rewards performance with uncapped commissions, residual income, and incentives. The position requires strong communication, comfort with face-to-face selling, resilience, and the ability to self-source leads; prior experience in door-to-door, merchant services, or similar is preferred. The job is fully remote with eligibility to work rights and field travel within the team region.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
- Location: You can work fully remote in this position, provided you have eligible working rights, and are able to be in the field of your team region.
