Job Summary
Account Executive on the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team focused on selling payment processing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. Role involves door-to-door or in-person visits to educate business owners on cost savings and streamlined transactions, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals. Independent work with full training and support; remote work allowed with eligibility to work in the field of your regional team. Requires 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking, and alignment with company values. Benefits include uncapped commissions, potential $100K+ annually for top performers, weekly activation bonuses, and monthly residuals; includes health benefits and 401K in a commission-based, portfolio-ownership model. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
