Job Summary
Account Executive for Xplor Pay Direct Sales: 100% commission-based role focusing on door-to-door or local business visits to offer payment processing solutions, educate owners on cost savings, close deals, and earn activating bonuses and long-term residuals. Requires B2B outside sales experience, ability to work independently, strong consultative selling skills, valid driver’s license, and comfort with face-to-face selling. Remote work is allowed, with eligibility to be in the field of your team region.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred)
- Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
