Job Summary
Account Executive for Xplor Pay Direct Sales, responsible for going door-to-door or visiting local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educate owners on saving money and streamlining transactions, and closing deals to earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals. Role emphasizes independent work with solid training and support, uncapped commissions, remote work options, and a focus on outbound prospecting, relationship-building, and consultative selling of payment solutions to SMBs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
