Job Summary
Account Executive for Xplor Pay Direct Sales overseeing door-to-door or local business visits to offer payment processing solutions. Responsibilities include educating business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions, closing deals with activation bonuses, and earning monthly commissions plus long-term residuals. Requires independence with training support, and prior experience in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar preferred). Location is Temecula, CA with remote work eligibility; qualified candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work in the field with the regional team. PAY structure is 100% commission-based with uncapped earnings potential, including residuals, activation bonuses, and incentives. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
