Job Summary
Account Executive for Xplor Pay Direct Sales, a 100% commission-based opportunity focusing on payment processing solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Responsibilities include going door-to-door or visiting local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educating owners on cost savings and streamlined transactions, closing deals, and earning activation bonuses plus ongoing commissions with long-term residuals. The role supports independent work with full training and a flexible schedule, with benefits and a W2 status. The position emphasizes a hunter mentality, direct sales experience, and the ability to source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking. Fully remote work is available, with field coverage in the team region, and salary is uncapped based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
