Job Summary
Account Executive to join Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. Focus on going door-to-door or visiting local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educate owners on savings and streamlined transactions, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and long-term residuals. Role emphasizes independent work with full training and support, uncapped commission with potential for six-figure annual earnings, and a flexible remote work setup within the field region. Requirements include 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred), a valid driver's license and auto insurance, self-sourcing leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking, and alignment with company values. Strong communication, resilience, goal-orientation, and comfort with face-to-face selling are essential. The position is fully remote with eligibility to work rights and field-region requirements; visa sponsorship is not offered.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
