Job Summary
Account Executive role within Xplor Pay Direct Sales focusing on door-to-door or local business payment processing solutions. Drive new business by educating owners on cost savings and streamlined transactions, close deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing commissions with long-term residuals. Role emphasizes independent work with ample training and support, uncapped commissions, and a flexible remote setup. Prior experience in B2B outside sales and hunter-prospecting is preferred; candidates should be able to self-source leads, work in the field when necessary, and align with Xplor’s core values. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
