Job Summary
Account Executive on Xplor Pay Direct Sales team responsible for going door-to-door or visiting local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educating owners on how to save money and streamline transactions, and closing deals to earn activation bonuses plus long-term residuals. Role emphasizes independent work with training and support, uncapped commission potential, and a flexible, remote-friendly schedule. Requires 2+ years of B2B outside sales, valid driver’s license and auto insurance, ability to self-source leads, and a hunter mentality. Fully remote work option available for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
