Job Summary
Account Executive needed for Xplor Pay Direct Sales — a 100% commission-based, high-ownership sales role focused on selling payment processing solutions to local businesses. Responsibilities include going door-to-door or visiting businesses to present payment solutions, educating owners on cost savings and streamlined transactions, closing deals, and generating ongoing residual income. Requires independent work style with robust training and support, a hunter mindset for sourcing leads, and experience in B2B outside sales (preferred). Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance; ability to work remotely within a designated field region. Compensation features uncapped commissions, activation bonuses, weekly payouts, monthly residuals, and benefits with W2 status. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
