Job Summary
Direct account-executive role on Xplor Pay Direct Sales team focused on the payment processing space. Responsibilities include going door-to-door or visiting local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educating business owners on savings and streamlined transactions, and closing deals with activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals. The role emphasizes independent work with full training and support, leveraging B2B outside sales experience to source leads, connect with business owners, and drive revenue in a fully remote capacity with regional field activity. Key skills include excellent communication, resilience, self-motivation, goal orientation, and experience in merchant services or similar sales, with comfort in face-to-face selling and a hunter mentality.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
